December 15th and February 2nd are the new dates for the Spring for Seniors dance theatre workshops in Summer. They are fun, engaging, and highly creative!
The last two sessions for 2023 will focus on conflict (November) and resolution (December). We will source these issues within ourselves and reflect upon their significance in the outer world.
