Listen to insights about the monthly Spring for Seniors Dance Theatre program at The Opera House in December and February.
These sessions are designed to give the participant an opportunity to explore dance through the lens of shared creativity. We'll be shining a light on basic elements of movement creation and demystifying the process along the way. Each session has a unique theme - we've explored walking and gesture and November's theme is props, and we'll be working with scarves accompanied by live music!!
